CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS WITH LOTS OF CONFIGURATION!
You can add your own background image or color to the theme, and specify exactly how you want it positioned, repeated and attached all across the page. The interface has been design so it’s easy for you to use it. Make the site look just as you’ve always wanted, in no time!
UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS
Gateway Loves to be updated and include new fixes and features on every release, that’s why an update notification system has been integrated, which automatically detects if there are new updates available and lets you know. This saves you the time to check the theme’s page and see if there have been updates released. As soon as a new update is released, you’ll be the first to know! (Awsome huh!?)
THREADED COMMENTS, UP TO 5 LEVELS
If you want discussion, then you’ve got it. Gateway has support for Threaded Comments up to 5 levels of discussion, this means you can let people express themselves and share ideas. Could be related to an article you just wrote, or about the wonderful things you did on your latest Client Work!. Comments work on both the Normal Layout and the Full Width Layout for Posts.

Each form in the site is uniquely validated, using regular expressions and a built-in validation framework. The theme uses Prettyphoto for the Lightbox functionality. It has been configured to provide complete Portfolio and Portfolio Widget integration. This means your portfolio is automatically configured as a gallery. If the visitor loves any of your portfolio entries, he/she can go right to the content, without having to exit the lightbox!
Also, you can add many media types to your portfolio items. Youtube ? Vimeo ? Quicktime ?, no problem, you just need to specify the URL and the thumbnail and you’re done!. Coolness for your visitors!

Every post can have a different context. This means the thumbnails vary in sizes, depending if you’re in the portfolio section, if you’re searching etc. Everything is done for you. Gateway contains a smart system that automatically detects the size it needs and crops the image for you. This means you just need to upload an image once, and forget about the rest!

Widgets speak more than a thousand words!, If you’re a Widget Maniac, then Gateway has what you need to express yourself. You have a Global widget section, to display consisten information across the entire site, then you have other dedicated widget areas, for each place of your site!
